Community Hub Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Community (“Program”), offered by Dutch Beauty Collection (“Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility:

1.1. The Community Hub is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States of America and are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.

2. Enrollment:

2.1. Individuals can enroll in the Program either by signing up on our website or during the checkout process when making a purchase.

3. Earning Points:

3.1. Members can earn points through various activities, including but not limited to engaging on social media, referring friends, and participating in exclusive challenges.

3.2. Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit.

4. Rewards and Redemption:

4.1. Members can redeem earned points for exclusive products, and other rewards as offered by Dutch Beauty Collection.

4.2. Rewards and redemption options are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

4.3 Please be aware that in the case of product returns, any credits or points earned through our rewards program will be revoked.

5. Points Expiry:

5.1. Points earned have no expiry date.

6. Account Information:

6.1. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their account information accurate and up-to-date.

7. Termination or Modification:

7.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Community, its rules, or any reward or benefit at any time without notice.

8. Privacy:

8.1. Member information collected as part of the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Communication:

9.1. By participating in the Program, you consent to receive communications related to the Program, including emails and notifications.
